Chromira Prints
Just like a LightJet or Lambda printer, the Chromira creates large
format prints on traditional (wet process) photographic paper directly
from digital files.

SETUP FEE: includes colour corrected scan and
one test print.
FLEX MATERIAL: 40% surcharge applies.
FILE SUBMISSIONS: 8 BIT RGB TIFF and JPEG only
(flattened/no compression/no paths/no alpha channels). Files should
be prepared at size at no less than 150 dpi (300 dpi native resolution).
NEW: for users of Adobe Photoshop CS2, TIFF file byte order must be interleaved, NOT per channel.

FILE PREPARATION: Additional charges apply
when you provide a digital file and request that a technician
inspect the file and make adjustments before printing.
File preparation work is charged at 60.00 per hour with a minimum
charge of 15.00. A quote will be provided for any charge above
the minimum. File preparation includes but is not limited to cropping,
dodging and burning, stitching. A test print is advised to check
for accuracy.
You can opt to skip the file preparation charge if you request
uncorrected output (only for RGB TIFF and JPEG files - see File
Submissions above). InDesign, QuarkXpress, PDF and EPS files are
subject to File Preparation charges.
ONE ON ONE custom production time with a technician
can be scheduled for critical custom work. Custom production time
is charged at 80.00 per hour.
